'Saturday Night Fever' in Hindi

While director Deepak Shivdasani [YEH RAASTE HAIN PYAAR KE] is in the midst of giving finishing touches to his new film JULIE [Neha Dhupia], he has already started planning his next venture. I'm planning a musical this time around, Deepak informs me, It's on the lines of SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER. Deepak is planning to complete the script before he finalizes the star cast. I'll begin casting only after I am through with the script. Also, since it's a musical, the songs will have to be of superior quality, he agrees, adding in the same vein, The budget will be slightly higher than JULIE. It'll be an expensive film. Deepak is undecided about who'd produce the musical. After I complete scripting the film, I'll first narrate it to N.R. Pachisia, who has produced JULIE. I've had a great time making this film thanks to a fantastic producer. Only if he refuses the offer will I look for someone else, he maintains. Talking of JULIE, Deepak is extremely optimistic of his new film. It has the lethal combo of a strong story and an element of sex. The film is sure to surprise a lot of people when it releases, he adds. JULIE is slated for release on June 25, 2004.
