Box Office: Avengers – Infinity War becomes first Hollywood film to collect Rs. 20 cr plus on all 5 days

The most talked about and highly anticipated film Avengers: Infinity War released last week on Friday. After opening to a thunderous start the film has been raking in the moolah at the domestic box office. In fact, Avengers: Infinity War has managed to rake in a staggering Rs. 135.16 cr in just five days.

Interestingly, on one hand, Avengers: Infinity War has become one of the highest grossing Hollywood films in India; on the other, the film has established a new record of sorts. Looking closely at the day wise collections of Avengers: Infinity War it is evident that the film has collected in excess of Rs. 20 cr on all five days, making it the first Hollywood film to collect Rs. 20+ cr on all 5 days.

 

While the current collections of Avengers: Infinity War within the Indian market are setting new benchmark records, the film continues to draw in the audience. Going by the estimates, Avengers: Infinity War is more than likely to close its first week’s business in excess of Rs. 150 cr.
