Vibe Box Office: Film collects Rs. 0.83 cr on Day 6, total moves past Rs. 9 cr
Vibe continued its first-week theatrical run with Rs. 0.83 crore on Wednesday, Day 6. The latest collection takes the film's cumulative India business to approximately Rs. 9.42 crore.
The film witnessed a 20.19% decline from Tuesday, when it collected Rs. 1.04 crore. While the weekday business has come down from the opening weekend levels, the film has managed to keep adding to its overall tally.
Vibe opened with Rs. 1.65 crore on Friday and saw a substantial 46.06% jump on Saturday, collecting Rs. 2.41 crore. Sunday brought another 4.56% increase, with the film earning Rs. 2.52 crore. This took its opening weekend total to Rs. 6.58 crore, according to Bollywood Hungama.
Monday brought a sharp correction, but the film bounced back on Tuesday with a 15.56% increase, collecting Rs. 1.04 crore and crossing the Rs. 8.5 crore mark.
The Wednesday collection of Rs. 0.83 crore keeps Vibe moving towards the Rs. 10 crore mark. With the film now nearing the end of its opening week, the upcoming weekend will determine the extent to which it can build on its initial theatrical run.
