Since you are in an industry where looks are of paramount importance, how easy or hard it was to get rid of that pregnancy fat and could you give some tips to all the mummies out there who want to get back to being their fittest post pregnancy?

One thing I would like to say is that Thank God I was very very fit even before my pregnancy otherwise believe me I would not have managed to go through the agonies and ecstasies of the twin pregnancy as well as getting back into shape within a month of the twin delivery. If you are pregnant with twins/multiples you are undergoing a high risk pregnancy hence exercises may not be the best policy and the exercises u do depends completely on what you were doing before pregnancy as well as the particular needs of your multiple pregnancy. I was allowed swimming & recumbent cycling which I continued till my last week of pregnancy. As a mom of multiples I needed to rest more which I did , I ate nutritious food devoid of bad sugars & fats. Despite the fact I had a C section, I mobilized within 5 hours of delivery and was up and about thanks to my pre-pregnancy fitness levels. I started walking daily immediately after delivery a bit at a time and did not overindulge in comfort or fatty foods. Most importantly I continue my devotion to myself because if I love myself only then can I teach my children about love and self respect.
