Last week saw the release of Maximum, in which Sonu Soods performance in the high octane cop drama has already started earning him bouquets galore! Satish Sundaresan of Bollywood Hungama takes a sneak peak through the lens of the films director Kabeer Kaushik to give you a first hand account of what happened Behind The Scenes while shooting for the film. Over to Kabeer…

It was a Sunday and the locals were running at a low frequency. The shot required Sonu Sood and his police entourage to come towards the camera with the train passing full-throttle in the background. The 400 mm tele-lens was complicating our life sizably with the sun playing hide and seek! Amidst all this mayhem, Sonu insisted on Rajinikanth-style of twirling the gun in air. My only worry was that what if he is not able to control it! To this, Sonu replied, Sir, no tension! I have been practicing since childhood. And by now, I have mastered the art of doing it. We went in for four retakes, and every time without fail, he got it back in his hand, a la Rajinikanth Sir.
