Drishyam China Box Office Day 6: Film sees increase in collections of Day 6; collects Rs. 0.91 cr more

The Ajay Devgn starrer Drishyam was released in China only last week, and since then the film has been doing decently well at the China box office. After a slow start, the collections of the film saw an increase over its opening weekend. However, unlike previous Bollywood releases that have hit screens in China, the business of Drishyam has been rather lackluster.

Now on its sixth day at the China box office, Drishyam has seen an increase in collections from its fifth day. Collecting a further USD 120000 [Rs. 0.91 cr] more, the total collections of the film at the China box office are pegged at USD 750000 [Rs. 5.72 cr]. Interestingly, looking at the collections of the film on Day 6, the business of Drishyam seems to be picking up as the weekend draws near.

 

Going forward, the slight upward trend the business of Drishyam is seeing is expected to continue over its second weekend running. However, despite an increase in business trade predictions state that overall collections of Drishyam at the China box office will be a far cry from previous Bollywood releases.
