Box Office: Padmaavat becomes Shahid Kapoor highest opening week grosser; collects Rs. 166.50 cr
Shahid Kapoor may be riding high on the success of his recent release Padmaavat, well now the actor has yet another reason to celebrate. Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali Padmaavat that released a week ago that has been doing well at the box office has now emerged as Shahid Kapoor’s highest opening week grosser.

If that wasn’t enough, while the business of Padmaavat has already positioned the film as not just Shahid Kapoor’s highest opening weekend and opening week grosser, but also his highest grosser till day, it will also become the actor’s only release to make it to the Rs. 200 crore club in the coming few days.
