Box Office: Baahubali 2 – The Conclusion crosses 175 crores in Mumbai circuit alone, puts second placed Dangal behind by 70 crores

 

After its release in December 2016 the Nitesh Tiwari directed film Dangal starring Aamir Khan fast became on the biggest money spinners. If that wasn’t all the film also recorded massive box office collection figures in record time. The latter, Baahubali 2 which released across four languages, viz. Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam fast surpassed the records established by Dangal. Now weeks after its release, Baahubali 2 still continues its march pushing the Aamir Khan starrer further back. In fact the latest is that Baahubali 2 has managed to rake in a whopping Rs. 175 cr within the Mumbai circuit itself. With this staggering collection from just one territory within the domestic market, Baahubali 2 has surpassed Dangal by a massive Rs. 70 cr.

 

Interestingly, with Baahubali 2 still continuing to run in theatres, the film is expected to widen this gap over the coming few days.
