Box Office: Baahubali 2 – The Conclusion crosses 100 crores in Mumbai circuit, surpasses Aamir Khan’s Dangal and P.K

 

After Aamir Khan’s Dangal hit screens in December 2016, the film fast went on to become one of the biggest money spinners of all time. The film that recorded a staggering rate of collections across the country managed to gross approx. Rs. 105 cr in the Mumbai circuit alone. Well, now with Baahubali 2 – The Conclusion, Dangal has since lost the top slot. Interestingly, while Aamir Khan’s Dangal had managed to surpass the collections of his previous release PK in the Mumbai circuit that had collected approximately Rs. 104 cr, Baahubali 2 on the other hand has quite literally blown past both films. If that wasn’t enough estimates based on current box office trends of the film predict that Baahubali 2 – The Conclusion is more than likely to windup its stunning run at the box office with close to Rs. 125 cr coming in from the Mumbai circuit alone.

 

Simultaneously, at the global box office Baahubali 2 – The Conclusion has overshadowed other releases to emerge as one of the biggest films of the year so far.
