Box Office: Ae Dil Hai Mushkil grosses Rs. 223 crores worldwide; becomes the 2nd highest overseas grosser of 2016 after Sultan

 

The Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anushka Sharma starrer Ae Dil Hai Mushkil directed by Karan Johar released a couple of weeks back. Collecting Rs. 223.42 crores gross worldwide Ae Dil Hai Mushkil becomes the second highest worldwide grosser of 2016 preceded by the Salman Khan starrer Sultan that collected Rs. 567 cr.

 

 On the other hand Ae Dil Hai Mushkil does manage to surpass previous releases like Airlift that collected Rs. 219 cr, Rustom that collected Rs. 215 cr and M.S. Dhoni – The Untold Story that collected Rs. 214 cr.
