The film which opened on a high note continued its stellar run at the box office weeks after its release. In fact Dangal has managed to surpass the previous release Prem Ratan Dhan Payo that had collected NZ$ 633,795 to claim the number one spot. Interestingly, this will be the third overseas territory in which Dangal has topped the charts as the All Time highest grosser, the first two being Australia and North America in that particular order.
