Badhaai Do Box Office: Rajkummar Rao – Bhumi Pednekar starrer does well on Monday; collects Rs. 1.85 cr

As expected, Badhaai Do did well on Valentine’s Day with Rs. 1.85 crores. Even if the collections were on the same lines as Friday (Rs. 1.65 crores) then it would have been good and here the film has done even better, which shows good acceptance coming in.

The film has so far seen a positive trend with growth on Saturday and Sunday, and then a solid hold on Monday. As a result, the four-day collections are now Rs. 9.67 crores. However, a lot is yet to be done in days to come and collections from today onwards will be closely tracked. Ideally, over 1 crore each should come right till Thursday and then the second weekend should bring in good numbers too. So far, it looks like the Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar starrer should top the Rs. 1.25 crores mark today and if that turns out to be the case, it should be good news indeed.

 

The need of the hour is also 100% occupancy to be allowed, especially in Delhi NCR and Maharashtra. Also, the night curfew needs to be taken off. Once that happens, the film could go anywhere since there are two open weeks for it till Gangubai Kathiawadi arrives.
