'Rowdy Rathore' picks up rapidly

 

ROWDY RATHORE had a slow start in the international markets, but gathered steam from Saturday onwards. The slow start could be attributed to the ‘15’ certificate, which kept a chunk section of the movie-going audience away. Even otherwise, masala films, with hardcore action, have an ordinary start in the international arena. The silver lining in this case [ROWDY RATHORE] is that the business of the film has shown an upward trend, a healthy growth over the weekend. The film has performed the best in U.A.E

• HOUSEFULL 2: In its ninth weekend, the film has collected £ 1,362 on 1 screen. Total: £ 9,92,423 [Rs. 8.44 crores].





 

• RAHE CHARDI KALA PUNJAB DI [Punjabi]: In its second weekend, the film has collected £ 348 on 2 screens, with the per screen average working out to £ 174. Total: £ 5,124 [Rs. 4.36 lacs].





 

• JANNAT 2: In its fifth weekend, the film has collected £ 30 on 1 screen. Total: £ 1,05,091 [Rs. 89.40 lacs].
