The new release, HALLA BOL, has failed to create any impact in U.K. The opening weekend numbers reiterate yet again that hard-hitting/serious themes are an absolute no-no in this territory. Meanwhile, WELCOME has emerged the second biggest grosser of 2007 in U.K., after OM SHANTI OM. At the rate it’s progressing, it will soon emerge the highest-ever grosser of Akshay Kumar in U.K.Overseas: 'Halla Bol' is non-starter
