Katrina Kaif - 3 (Dhoom 3, Ek Tha Tiger, Jab Tak Hai Jaan)
Ever so consistent in last 10 years, Katrina Kaif enjoys the best success rate amongst her peers and contemporaries with hardly a flop or two to her name. However, in terms of centuries, she has just three with Dhoom 3 being the highest grossing Indian film and Ek Tha Tiger coming close to the double century mark. She has biggies like Bang Bang and Phantom coming up which are guaranteed 100 crore films.
Asin - 4 (Ghajini, Housefull 2, Ready, Bol Bachchan)
Asin had a very prominent part to play in Ghajini which was also the first ever Indian film to open the gates of the 100 crore club. Enjoying a largely consistent run, she has scored three more centuries though she herself admits that there is a lot more she can do than be a part of male dominated centuries. It has to be seen if her next with Abhishek Bachchan, All Is Well by Umesh Shukla, is one such film.
Her 100 crore journey started with a double century when 3 Idiots hit the roof. It was a dream entry into the club which was followed by the all-boys saga Golmaal 3, a Rohit Shetty comedy. Post that, she has scored a couple of more centuries with a performance oriented part in Bodyguard to boast of. Her subsequent films didn't quite cover the distance but Singham 2 and Shuddhi (rumored) should do the trick.
Her consistent run at the box office may have been occasionally hit by talks hardly related to work. However she has been a part of four centuries already. Ok, so both Agneepath and Don 2 were hero centric affairs. However for Barfi! she deserves good credit as a leading lady who won over audience as well as critics. Zanjeer notwithstanding, it was Krrish 3 that covered the maximum distance for her last year.
The kind of run that she is enjoying, Deepika Padukone is the most consistent of them all in the 100 crore club. She may not have jumped with joy when it was primarily her glamour doing the talking in Race 2, which marked her entry in the 100 crore club. However she hit a six with Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and threw one out of the stadium with Chennai Express. Ram Leela only consolidated her position further.
