Rubina Dilaik breaks down while expressing her gratitude towards her family and fans after COVD-19 recovery; misses Abhinav Shukla

Bigg Boss 14 winner and actress Rubina Dilaik, who earlier this month tested positive for COVID-19, shared her recovery video on her YouTube channel. In the video, she took her fans through a journey of recovery since the time she tested positive.

The video begins with Rubina Dilaik arriving at her hometown in Shimla and taking the rapid antigen test. Upon testing, her result came positive to which she got excited that she would be eligible to donate plasma after a month. She later said that she would be quarantined for the next 17 days and showed the quarantine room prepared by her mom and her sister. She also showed how her mom and sister Jyotika were looking after her and providing her with all the comfort and food from a distance.

Later in the video, Rubina spoke about her symptoms that she first had body ache, and then followed fever and headache after that. She had a feeling she had contracted the Covid-19 virus and she immediately rushed home to be with her family. She was shooting for her serial Shakti- Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki in Agra. Expressing her feeling, Rubina said apart from feeling symptoms and having proper care, she was also going through a confused state of mind.

Seeing her family taking care of her and after receiving a lot of warm wishes from her fans, Rubina expressed her gratitude and said, "I was thinking of sharing this with you all for a long time. I am extremely blessed, I would say, that I have an amazing family, a loving and caring husband, totally loving and supporting parents. My sisters are amazing, I am extremely grateful. Of course, my fans, I have been reading the wishes."

Rubina got emotional and shed tears while saying, “I feel blessed to have my family with me and I am overwhelmed with the love that I received. Your love really gives me a lot of strength. Your prayers do reach me and hence I want all of you to keep praying, also for everyone suffering.”

Rubina Dilaik also shares a glimpse of her treatment as she boards an ambulance to get her CT scan done as she had a mild infection and was given more medication by the doctors.

Later on May 18, she shared pictures with Abhinav Shukla who is currently in Cape Town shooting for Khatron Ke Khiladi 11. She wrote, “One month of not being in your arms....... ohh! I miss you @ashukla09.”
