Netflix, on April 23, released the first look of season 2 of popular Mexican thriller series Who Killed Sara? After ending the season of big cliffhanger, the season 2 first pictures showcase bloody return.
The season 2 of the thriller-drama premiered on March 24, 2021. It follows the story of Álex Guzmán (Manolo Cardona), who after spending 18 years in prison, takes his revenge on the Lazcano family, who framed him for the murder of his sister Sara to save their reputation.

On March 29, 2021, Netflix announced that the second season of the series premieres on May 19, 2021. In season 2, Alex will have to face a much more dangerous question: Who was really his sister?

According to Deadline, Who Killed Sara? became Netflix's "most popular non-English language title ever with an estimated 55 million subscribers tuning in since its launch in March 2021" in the US.
