Actor Kareena Kapoor Khan is all set to become a mother for the second time. As her baby boy, Taimur will turn four in December, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan will be welcoming their kid in 2021.
Speaking to a daily, Kareena revealed that when it comes to the cheat meals, she prefers to keep her meals simple. Though she likes to have cheat meals like pasta and caramel custard once in a while.
Breaking down the pregnancy myth that pregnant women should eat for two, she however eats the right amount of nutrition through vegetables and grain.
Speaking of her friends Malaika Arora and Amrita Arora, Kareena said that they continue the motivate her to stay fit. They keep each other driver and continue to motivate to follow a routine.
Meanwhile, Kareena Kapoor Khan recently wrapped up the shooting of Laal Singh Chaddha with Aamir Khan in Delhi. The film will release during Christmas 2021.
