Kareena Kapoor attended an event to create awareness and reduce the gap between fashion and local artisans. She attended this fundraiser dressed in a beautiful blush pink kurta with delicate silver work. The kurta featured a heavy silver work brocade with a light dupatta of the same tone. Kareena’s makeup was soft with pop of pink lips and her hair natural in a side partition with lightly kohled eyes. Kareena was wearing the Trissa Anarkali Set from Anita Dongre in Blush Pink shade with motifs and silver work. The set is available on the website for ₹26,900. She pairs it with silver platform Aparajitha Toor Kolhapuris.

In terms of work, Kareena Kapoor was last seen in Angrezi Medium, which starred late actor Irrfan Khan in the lead role. Her upcoming projects are Laal Singh Chaddha, a remake of Hollywood classic Forrest Gump, and Takht. Laal Singh Chaddha is slated to release on Christmas this year. Much has been spoken about her role in the movie Sita. An official announcement is yet to be made. She also launched her pregnancy book earlier this month.
