The Shah Rukh Khan starrer Pathaan released a while back and since then there has been no stopping the film at the box office. Directed by Siddharth Anand, Pathaan which also stars Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham saw a massive release across 8000 screens globally. This wide release pattern coupled with the hype for the film and the positive audience feedback saw its business sky rocket. After registering stunning opening day, opening weekend and opening week collections the business of Pathaan has continued to hold strong.
Now on its second weekend in the U.A.E/G.C.C market Pathaan which was well received has managed to draw in a further AED 6,170,656 [Rs. 13.91 cr.]. with this the total collections of the Yash Raj Films production within the U.A.E./G.C.C market are pegged at a massive AED 41,909,044 [Rs. 94.47 cr.]. Not surprisingly, Pathaan which has been doing record-breaking business across all territories in both the domestic and international markets is fast closing the gap to the Rs. 100 cr. mark in this territory.
In fact, despite releasing a while back Pathaan has continued its box office journey establishing new benchmarks. As of now, trade predictions state that Pathaan which is all set to cross the Rs. 100 cr. mark in the U.A.E/G.C.C markets is certain to see its business grow even further.
