3 Good

Kambaqt Ishq! The expectations are huge as
• It stars Akshay-Kareena in lead Pair.
• Its Hollywood and Bollywood stars and big project, so good music is a must
• Anu Malik Makes as music director
The album start with a Bang with OM Mangalam, sung and composed by RNB. Extraordinary lyric, well-composed tunes, nothing goes wrong till the end. The wedding tunes will set fire on screen surely. Its energetic, foot-tapping. What we need more? Om Mangalam Reprise is equally good.
Next, by Alisha titled “Bebo”. After its rocking and “Tu Saala”, and “Yeh Mera Dil”, Kareena has another hit in her belt. Named as her nick name, Bebo is another well written, well composed tunes. Alisha voice makes your foot to be tapped for sure!
Lakh Lakh Nakhare, another songs by Neeraj Shridhar, its has Punjabi flavor, and lyric are another plus point. However, the song doesn’t create such impact that this kind of song need. Its depend on cinematography and of course, Akshay-Kareena. Its has potential to work. Overall, above average track.
Kambaqt Ishq is another winner point for the album. KK brings back the masti and dhamaal that the Akshay Kumar tracks usually had in 90s. Music by Anu Malik is another plus point for the album. Sunidhi Chauhan voice is equally good.
Sherya Ghosal bring an emotional sad song titled, “Kyun”. It a good track but overall, its doesn’t create the true impact that’s we need in this kind of track.
Overall, Kambaqt Ishq is a mixed affair. It has super duper blockbuster track “OM Mangalam”, extraordinary, “Bebo”, and decent “Kambaqt Ishq”. “Lakh Lakh” depends much more on picturization and ordinary “Kyun”. Go for the Om Mangalam and “Bebo. Its worthy.
