Mumbai-based, Dr. Suhani (Sayali Bhagat), though not a Christian but a believer in Jesus, gets hired at a local hospital and begins her first day during the night-shift. She meets with Dr. Saxena (Deepraj Rana), who is more interested in hooking up with her rather than orienting her with her duties and responsibilities. While at the hospital the following night, her life will be turned upside when she will come across the body of Dr. Saxena and Nurse Ria - both of who had met violent deaths in Room No.3 at 03:00 hours. While the police investigate, Dr. Malhotra and the hospital management recruit a private investigating company, who, in turn, assign this case to their best detective, Vijay Singh (Shiney Ahuja). As the latter begins this investigation, he interviews, then suspects but ends up being attracted to Dr. Suhani, but his seniors as well as the hospital management will be displeased when the investigations will prove to be futile and the killings continue.
