Bikaau is the story of a man hatching an elaborate plan to trap a woman who rejects him. The film follows the story of Pooja who meets Yashpal for a job, who instantly gives her one, making her his private secretary. However, when he makes a pass at her, she... slaps him and quits the job. Seeking revenge Yashpal hatches an elaborate plan to trap Pooja.

Progressing as per his plan Pooja meets and marries Rockys, however due to certain circumstances she gets drawn into in extra martial relationship that is controlled by Yashpal. Will Pooja find out the truth about Yashpal's involvement in her life and will she break free from his clutches forms the rest of the story.
