Janhvi Kapoor's Dhadak released today and we can imagine her choking with emotions as this film was always meant for her mom Sridevi and now that she is no more, her blessings always live on in her hearts of her daughters. On this special day, Kapoor girl's childhood friend Ananya Pandey who is a Dharma girl herself, took to Instagram to share a throwback picture of her and wished her all the best for her Bollywood innings. She gave a big heart to Janhvi and wished the entire team of Dhadak all the best for their movie. Janhvi looks pretty adorable in as a kid and it traces her magnificent transformation from a cutie patotie to a Bollywood ready diva!
Janhvi plays Parthavi in Dhadak opposite Ishaan Khatter whose character name is Madhukar in the movie. Dhadak is an official remake of Marathi superhit film Sairat and makes a commentary on the prevalent caste system in the country. It has been directed by Shashank Khaitan and produced by Dharma Productions. The early reviews of the film suggest that Janhvi and Ishaan have made a mark in masses’ mind with their honest, gritty performance.
After Dhadak, Janhvi has not signed any film yet because she wanted to concentrate fully on the project at hand and make sure that she does not leave stone unturned to make her debut a superhit.
