It's was a high profile wedding of Anil Kapoor's eldest daughter Sonam Kapoor with businessman Anand Ahuja last night. The actress, who had been dating Anand for more than 3 years, has officially become Mrs. Ahuja now. After stunning us as the quintessential Punjabi bride, she looked stunning last night Anamika Khanna ensemble. The grand reception party took place at The Leela in Mumbai which saw a massive celebrity turnout. From Shah Rukh Khan to Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh to Ranbir Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan to Alia Bhatt, everyone made sure to grace the reception.
The dance party was kickstarted by the very young at heart Anil Kapoor and his nephew Arjun Kapoor. They both danced on each other's hit tracks like 'Tune Maari Entriyaan' and 'My Name Is Lakhan.'
But, the night was made when the Khans entered the party and straight away went to the dance floor. Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan took over the stage with Anil and recreated the epic Karan Arjun's track 'Yeh Bandhan Toh' with Sonam's mom Sunita Kapoor. Her mom could not seem to contain and wanted the men to just stop it. But, the men just wanted to have some fun.
Then, SRK, Salman, Varun Dhawan, Mika Singh recreated 'Tan Tana Tan' leaving the audience wanting for more.
Not only that, Ranveer joined in later with the rest of gang and included Sonam and Anand to dance on 'Mujhse Shaadi Karogi.'
SRK recreated 'Koi Mil Gaya' from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai' with Ranveer and Anil.
Ranveer made the men go 'Khalibali' and the slow motion video is a complete proof of that.
Anil Kapoor was the best dad ever who did not leave the dance floor until the party ended. From jhakkas moves on 'My Name is Lakhan' to 'Ek Do Teen', he was literally the most fun dad ever. The jackets were off and the shirt's buttons open, SRK, Ranveer, and Anil began dancing on 'Jaanu Meri Jaan'.
At one point, powerhouse Ranveer Singh got so pumped that he picked up the groom Anand Ahuja and spun him literally making himself and the groom dizzy.
Obviously, the highlight of the night was Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Anil Kapoor dancing together and making every Bollywood fan nostalgic.
All in all, it was a night full of fun, laughter, dance and music for everyone at Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja's wedding reception.
