Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone got married in a fairytale wedding, Konkani style at the picturesque Lake Como, Italy yesterday morning. The couple has been guarded about their wedding and has made sure that their pictures don't come out. There have been leaked images from the venue though, albeit grainy we get a picture of how grand the function was. Before going to the wedding, the couple made sure that they meet important industry people who have been mentors to them. They met Farah Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali during Diwali. Farah who has been a mentor to DP had a surprise planned at her place. She had a special gift in mind for the couple and for that she called her friend and celebrity casting artist Bhavna Jasra.

Jasra made Deepika and Ranveer clasp their hands in clay and preserved that moment of togetherness. The memento will be presented to the couple. Jasra said that it was a magical moment setting their everlasting love permanently in something as tangible as clay. She thanked Farah for involving her in their love story.

As per reports, DP is having a reception for her friends, who were not invited to Italy, in Bangalore on November 23. Ranveer's family has invited the media for a party in Mumbai on November 28 and apparently, there will be another reception for the industry wallahs on December 1 in Mumbai. Looks like the Padukone and Bhavnani families are leaving no stone unturned to make sure that the wedding is grand and fitting to Bollywood's King and Queen!
