It’s raining weddings not just in the film industry but also in business families. After the two grand wedding in Bollywood Deepika Padukone – Ranveer Singh and Priyanka Chopra – Nick Jonas, billionaire businessman Mukesh Ambani’s daughter Isha Ambani is all set to tie the knot with Anand Piramal today in Mumbai. As their pre-wedding festivities were grand celebration in Udaipur, the wedding in Mumbai seems even more glamourous. And celebrities have begun to arrive for the celebrations.
Many A-listers from B-town have been invited for the grand wedding of the year. Aamir Khan and wife Kiran Rao arrived Ambani mansion Antilla in Mumbai this afternoon for maha aarti. Dressed in white and blue, the couple posed for the paparazzi before heading for the wedding ceremony. The Bachchan family - Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Shweta Bachchan Nanda and Navya Naveli Nanda arrived together looking ravishing in traditional outfits.
Former First Lady of United States of America Hillary Clinton too arrived look glamourous in shimmery outfit amid massive security. Producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra along with wife Anupama Chopra and daughter came together for the celebrations. Manish Malhotra, who has designed all the outfits for the wedding, was also in attendance for the maha aarti.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aaradhya Bachchan, newlyweds Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas, Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt, Gauri Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, Boney Kapoor,Shahid Kapoor, Mira Rajput, Hrithik Roshan, Rekha, Manish Malhotra are some of the A-listers from Bollywood. Kareena Kapoor Khan arrived with husband Saif Ali Khan and sister Karisma Kapoor Khan as the trio were matching in white. Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, the newlyweds, stunned in white traditional outfits.
President Pranab Mukherjee, politicians Maneka Gandhi, Mamta Banerjee, Rajnath Singh, Devendra Fadnavis, P Chidambaram, Raj Thackeray, news anchor Arnab Goswami are some of the guests of the evening at the wedding ceremony tonight. Cricketer Harbhajan Singh with wife Geeta Basra, Sachin Tendulkar with wife Anjali Tendulkar and son Arjun Tendulkar are also some of the attendees.
Superstars Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan arrived at midnight for the celebrations.
