Deepika Padukone is all set to become yet another Bollywood celeb to be featured in the prestigious Madame Tussauds museum in London. Deepika just released her pictures on Twitter and the whole internet is going berserk! Meticulous measurements are being taken and Madame Tussauds is ensuring that no stone is left unturned to make the statue as real as possible. An official spokesperson from Madame Tussauds told Elle, “The team of expert artists met Deepika Padukone in London for the all-important sitting for her figures, where they took over 200 specific measurements and photographs to create an authentic likeness.” Now, with this assurance, it will be difficult for them to get it wrong.
This sure is a landmark year for Deepika as the movie she helmed, Padmaavat, made record breaking business, making her the highest paid actress in Bollywood today. She also floored the fashion police with her amaze outings at Cannes. Furthermore there is a lot of talk on her impending marriage with her long time beau and superstar Ranveer Singh. There are rumours that the couple have set date in November for their hush-hush high profile wedding and will make the announcement soon.
Deepika has emerged as a box office queen in Bollywood and also made her mark internationally with her first movie xXx: Return of Xander Cage and of course, with her international endorsements.
