In the end, Dipika won with more votes and Sreesanth became the first runner-up. Karanvir Bohra, Romil Choudhary, and Deepak Kumar were eliminated from the show, in that order, before Sreesanth and Dipika were called on stage for the final announcement.

Dipika was criticized for her allegedly fake behaviour on the show and her relationship with Sreesanth was also questioned a number of times.
