Arjun Kapoor pens a heartbreaking emotional post for mom Mona Kapoor on her death anniversary : Bollywood News

Before making his Bollywood debut, Arjun Kapoor suffered a tragic loss in his personal life. A few months before the release of Ishaqzaade, Arjun’s mother passed away in March 2012 after battling cancer. Since then, Arjun Kapoor has always talked how she could not see his debut film. The actor has remembered her on several occasions.

Arjun Kapoor often remembers his mom Mona Kapoor through beautiful pictures from his childhood days. As today marks the 6th death anniversary of her, Arjun penned an emotional post which is absolutely heartbreaking. In the post, he wished she was here to see his work, he hoped she had walked the red carpet with him. He said that he knows she is always by his and his sister Anshula Kapoor's side through every step of their way.

Arjun, who is currently shooting Namaste England in Patiala, wrote, "As I was shooting by a canal today in Patiala wishing I could send u a picture of how nice the location was Mom I realized I never quite got to walk the red carpet with u to show u one of my films but I’m certain in the last 6 years u have walked every step of the way with me thru these 9 films Along with mine & Anshula s personal journeys...wish u were here Mom so much has transpired so much where I would have looked at u for answers and looked at u to draw strength...I don’t know if I’m doing a decent job at it but I’m taking one day at a time and making each moment count trying to be a truthful reflection of u n ur teachings...can’t believe it’s been 6 years to the day but I have thought of u every breath I have taken pls smile spread ur warmth n positivity wherever u are cause god knows the world me and Anshula need it...love u forever and beyond..."

Meanwhile, on the work front, six years after their first film together, Ishaqzaade couple Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra will soon share screen space in Namaste England. It is scheduled to hit the theatres on December 7, 2018.

Before this film, Arjun Kapoor will be seen with Parineeti Chopra in Dibakar Banerjee’s directorial, Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar which is slated to release on August 3, 2018.
