dis is really gud movie.....da best part is its story dat tlks abt women crises in past.acting is gud also....sp lisa n john did gr8 wrk but da little girl steal da show....

This is only to appreciate such film makers who make movies to address social issues rather than aim for making money.

deepa mehta is an excellent filmmaker.
movies like water are rarely made and indians shuld b proud of it.every member of the cast and the crew needs 2 b appericiated.lisa ray...
