The movie opens with a success party for the hero Raghunathan 'Raghu' Aiyer (Rishi Rehan), by his company. The guy is on his way to New York. But a project in Chandigarh delays his posting by six months, which upsets him. But nevertheless, our dude goes to Chandigarh and fools around after work...

'Kushboo' lacks firstly any names that would draw the masses and the topping comes with a terrible screenplay and plot that has been done to death.

Khushboo is the love story of Raghu (Rishi Rehan) and Pinky (Avantika) who happen to meet at a time when each of them wants something else. The film revolves around Raghu who is heading to the US for a job. Only he needs to stop over in Chandigarh first...

The film lacks the face value to attract audiences to the theatre and so this love story does not have much of scope at the box office. However, Adnan Sami’s music may provide some respite. A below average fare.
