There is a maturity in the script as it tries to trace the wobbly relationship between an ambitious banker and a TV journalist who want to settle down in cosy domesticity, but can't due to job constraints and gender benders. It's a refreshing story of a modern urban couple that believes in gender equality, yet finds it hard to find a perfect balance.

Kaisay Kahein... deals with a very important issue. The youth today seem to prioritize career before love. How can they? How can they put their financial future before their rocky relationships? Nothing wrong in another gyan film but then again you don’t end up learning anything.

Kaisay Kahein is a simple film, unnecessarily stretched with a biased approach towards the female lead. The film is aimed at the youth and manages to convey that ‘money can buy socialistic pleasures but not love’.
