1 of 2 people found this review helpful Deepak Shivdasani has put in a lot of effort to make Mr. White, Mr. Black a wacko comedy, but he fails big time. Akin to most slapstick comedies of recent times, Mr. White, Mr. Black has no story what-so-ever! Its nothing but a set of silly childish jokes put together in a senseless plot with a few actors hamming throughout.

1 of 2 people found this review helpful To say that the film is a childish, imbecilic comedy would be a gross understatement. With a plot that seems to go nowhere (or everywhere at whim), 'Mr. White Mr. Black' throws at you heaps of unimaginable tripe lathered with some beaten-to-death clichés.

1 of 2 people found this review helpful The three women who are stylishly kicking men around in the opening sequence have no character sketch at all. They are just clones of each other. They have no dialogues, they enter-exit-reenter-reexit randomly.

1 of 2 people found this review helpful For the no-brainer script, there is just this: Mr White (Suneil Shetty) comes to Goa to take Mr Black (Arshad Warsi) back to Hoshiarpur to take possession of a land bequeathed by his father. In between, he meets an oversexed hotelier who cries 'Kiss me, kiss me,' and gives him a chance to play Mr Bharat to the un-Bharatiya lady.

1 of 2 people found this review helpful Mr. White, Mr. Black strives hard to make you laugh. There isn't any story but rather it's just a set of silly sequences and foolish jokes put together sloppily along with some dull music to add to the runtime. The first half of the movie is not even remotely close to what you call a comedy movie. Post interval, few moments make you smile, but that's about it.

1 of 2 people found this review helpful Mr White (gentleman Shetty) and Mr Black (conman Warsi) are joined by a dozen other irritants — like a police officer who is yet to discover his brain, a rich brat who can’t take her eyes off Suniel Shetty and a Punjabi family probably advertising all the colours of the rainbow.

2 of 3 people found this review helpful The movie has few a funny moments for which all credits go to Arshad Warsi probably the only person who did justice to the role. He is terrific in all comedy scenes and overshadows Suniel Shetty. Suniel Shetty fits the role but does not have much scope to perform...

2 of 3 people found this review helpful While the first half is bearable, the second half lets you down completely. The songs, 90’s picturization and unassisted editing dents the film.
