The India Economic Summit of the World Economic Forum being held in Delhi has turned out to be an interesting three-day affair. Karan Johar and Deepika Padukone attended the forum and their presence got the much-needed star presence. Karan Johar was a part of a panel that looked into various ways that India has been counting its narrative as a world player. Deepika Padukone meanwhile talked about mental health and opened up about coping with depression.
Now Alia Bhatt has also made her presence felt on the second day. She, along with Hike Messenger CEO Kavin Bharti Mittal and India’s IT minister K T Rama Rao, were interviewed by Karan Johar. All three of them spoke about following their passion and creating one’s narrative.
Alia was one of the youngest or maybe the youngest speaker at the Indian Economic Summit. But she managed to make a mark and looked beautiful in a white shirt and a black pantsuit with embellished black pumps. At the same the clothes gave her a nice no-nonsense look that worked big time for this particular event.
On the film front, Alia Bhatt is working on Raazi, co-starring Vicky Kaushal, and directed by Meghna Gulzar. Produced by Karan Johar, the film’s Kashmir schedule recently got wrapped up. The film is all set to release on May 11, 2018.
