The tinsel town is much fashion-aware, courtesy the rising brigade of the fashion stylists who meticulously curate and put together some of the most-sought after looks for fashion lovers to lap up! But things get real Awwkward when two celebs are snapped wearing a similar designer creation! The latest victims are Kajol and Sonakshi Sinha! While it’s sheer luck that these celebs weren’t exactly at the same place at the same time in the same outfit, nonetheless our roving fashion eye couldn’t help but dissect the looks of these two lissome divas in the same ensembles. While the millennial Sonakshi Sinha is a versatile and sartorial stunner whose fashion outings give us some major inspirations, Kajol has been striding the fashion grounds with her renewed style game, upping the bar with every appearance. While Sonakshi had sported the dress in question back in September last year during her stint as a judge on the musical reality show, ‘Om Shanti Om’, Kajol wore the dress at a promotional event for Swaach Bharat in collaboration with Hindustan Unilever yesterday. Sonakshi Sinha was styled by Mohit Rai while Kajol was styled by Radhika Mehra.

Sonakshi Sinha and Kajol sported the sage green Nargis suit from the wedding couture collection by Anita Dongre that costs a whopping 75,000 INR. This nylon ensemble features an intricately embroidered gotta, dori and sequin work.

The diva flaunted the suit sans dupatta and kept the minimal vibe going with Pera earrings and Velos palm cuff from Anomaly by Anam.

Makeup artist Nileysh Parmaar and hair stylist Madhuri Nakhale gave Sona a flawless makeup of defined eyes, nude pink lips, a subtle contour and soft waves.

Meanwhile, Kajol upped the look of the suit with pearl jhumkis from Amrapali Jewels, juttis from Fizzy Goblet.

As much as we admire the ardent efforts of the celeb glam squad that comprises apparel stylists, makeup, and hair stylists, we know that certain fashion faux pas are inadvertent as looking glamorous is pretty much a permanent fixture of their profession. While Sonakshi Sinha kept the minimal vibe going with her ethereal take, Kajol lent that look a hint of smoulder with those dark eyes and wild waves.
