Badri and his Dulhania aka Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt are currently in New York City for the 18th edition of International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) awards. Varun is also making his debut this year as a performer and a segment host at IIFA 2017.

Upon reaching NYC, Alia Bhatt sort of ended up in a midst of a tiff between her bodyguard and NY security at IIFA 2017. A video surfaced online where one can see her bodyguard's hand accidentally hitting her head when he was trying to get her through the crowded hallway. But, due to some confusion, the hotel security thought the bodyguard was someone trying to get to her. This is when Varun Dhawan came forward, who was right behind her, and was a little mad on the NY security and was clearly seen saying, "What are you doing?" Alia was fine and tried to calm them down by saying, "Guys, it's alright!"

Meanwhile, Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt are all geared up to set the stage on fire with their performances. Besides them, IIFA 2017 grand night will see performances from Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon and Sushant Singh Rajput.
