In a recent interview with a magazine, Sonam Kapoor talked about Neerja Bhanot's biopic Neerja that got her the much-needed praise from the critics and the audience. But, in the interview, she also talks about how she got a chance to work with Salman Khan but never with Shah Rukh Khan. In her own way, she had her reasons to think so. She thinks that Shah Rukh does not want to work with her. There have been so many opportunities where she had the chance to work with him. She wanted to work with him and had also reached out to him. But, she never got the opportunity. She thinks it’ll happen whenever SRK feels like working with her.

Sonam Kapoor further took a dig at the actors in the industry. She said that in the film industry, an actor decides whether an actress should do a film with him or not. According to her, when SRK will want to work with her, maybe then someone will offer her a film opposite him. But, she doesn’t think SRK has wanted to work with her till now.

In the conversation, Sonam also reveals that she has been auditioning for Hollywood films but hasn't received a good role yet.

Sonam Kapoor also clears the air about her next film Veere Di Wedding is not facing any kind of financial problems. She informed that the delay is because Kareena Kapoor Khan is pregnant. This is why the film is taking time and will be shot in two parts. Kareena's certain parts have been filmed and some will be shot post-delivery.
