It has been a known fact that amidst the bevy of airline companies, Air India was reportedly slowly said to be losing its charm. But the government airlines has bounced back to life with Shah Rukh Khan pouring words of appreciation after his recent travel experience. Going a step ahead, the Zero actor has also gone to declare himself as their brand ambassador ‘unabashedly’ on social media.

Shah Rukh Khan, who is quite active on Twitter and always keeps his account alive with his interesting interactions with celebrities and fans, decided to give a thumbs up to Air India recently. The actor went on to speak out about his ‘Maharaja’ experience during his recent trip and also lauded it for their warm hospitality on the same platform.

He said, “Unofficially & Unabashedly I want to declare myself the ambassador of @airindiain. Thank u to the ground staff and the wonderful pilots for a hospitable warm & beautiful journey...Maharaja, Maharaja hi hota hai...”

While there has been no official ambassador of Air India by far, let us see if the suggestions given by the superstar will be processed ahead by the airlines.

On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan is gearing up for Zero which features him alongside Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif. It is slated to release on December 21. Besides that, the actor is also expected to have signed the space drama, Salute which is a biopic on Rakesh Sharma.
