She may have grooved to the track ‘Kala Chashma’ in the film Baar Baar Drkho a while ago, but now we hear that Katrina Kaif is all set to become the brand ambassador of a chashma brand. In fact, it is leant that Katrina Kaif has become the first celebrity to be roped in as the brand ambassador for the online eyewear firm Lenskart.
While Katrina Kaif has been roped in as their ambassador for a period of two years, she will also feature in the brand’s new campaign. Commenting on the same, Peyush Bansal, founder and CEO of Lenskart added that they were looking for someone who naturally fits the Lenskart brand proposition of addictive playfulness, and that Katrina Kaif fitted that image perfectly.
Though the official ad campaign featuring Katrina Kaif is yet to kick off, the Lenskart website and social pages already feature a video with a caption that reads, “Katrina now for Lenskart! #TryItLikeKatrina”.
Back on the film front, Katrina Kaif will next be seen in the Salman Khan starrer Tiger Zinda Hai followed by the Amitabh Bachchan – Aamir Khan starrer Thugs of Hindostan and Anand L Rai’s dwarf film with Shah Rukh Khan.
