But the actress who has certainly come a long way since then hasn’t really forgotten her roots. In fact Jacqueline has more than once made it a point to return home to Sri Lanka for special occasions. Well, this time the actress, who incidentally is also the brand ambassador for Sri Lankan airlines, has decided to do something special to celebrate its anniversary.

Talking about the same, the actress shared an image on Instagram inviting her fans to participate in a contest wherein the lucky winners get a chance to spend time with Jacqueline while on sets of her films. Sharing the image, Jacqueline posted, “This year marks a major milestone - turns out we've clocked 70 years of commercial flights between Sri Lanka and India ?? Back on the film front, Jacqueline Fernandez who was last seen in A Flying Jatt alongside Tiger Shroff will next be seen opposite Sidharth Malhotra in Reloaded, followed by the David Dhawan directed Judwaa 2 that also features Varun Dhawan and the Tarun Mansukhani directed film Drive opposite Sushant Singh Rajput.
