After having a hectic working year, Akshay Kumar has gone on a well-deserved vacation with Twinkle Khanna and kids Aarav and Nitara to South Africa. The Kumars have been in Cape Town for a week now and enjoying the blissful weather.

Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna have been sharing quite a few photographs from their trip. As it turns out, Twinkle is celebrating her 43rd birthday today. Sharing a lovely photograph from their Cape Town drive, Akshay shared a beautiful birthday message for his wife. He wrote, "Forever making every ride full of adventure and amusement, my favourite companion...for life! Happy birthday, Tina."

A day before the birthday, Akshay was soaking in the sun and posed with his dog. What was interesting was his tattoo with the name 'Tina' written on his right shoulder. Flaunting the tattoo and snuggling with the dog, he wrote, "Soaking up some South African sun with this good boy #MorningSnuggles."

Twinkle Khanna shares her birthday with none other than her late father and superstar Rajesh Khanna. Born on her father's birthday, she always makes sure to remember him. Sharing a throwback photo, she simply wrote, "Happy Birthday Dad."

On the work front, Akshay Kumar is gearing up for PadMan which is scheduled to release on January 26, 2018. The film also stars Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte. Besides this, he has also wrapped Gold, which is set for August 15, 2018, release.
