Bollywood stars praise Dekh Indian Circus

Imtiaz Ali's presentation Dekh Indian Circus has been in the news since the film won four prestigious National Awards in Best Children's Film, Best Child Actor (Virendra Pratap), Special Jury award (Nawazuddin Siddiqui) and Special Mention (Tannishtha Chatterjee) categories.

Besides the recognition from the Indian government, Dekh Indian Circus has also won the hearts of some of our Bollywood celebrities. We bring you the reactions of some of the B-towners on the film.

Bollywood stars praise Dekh Indian Circus

Vidya Balan: "I loved director Mangesh Hadawale's Tingya. It's a very endearing film, all heart and soul. I look forward to watching Dekh Indian Circus soon and happy to know about it winning at the National awards. My best wishes to Mangesh, Mahaveer, Chirag and the entire team."

Prasoon Joshi: "I am very happy that Dekh Indian Circus won 4 National awards. It is a very beautiful and humble film which is very passionately made. I agreed to do this film purely out of love for the script. I am very happy that the Government has recognized this movie because in the cut throat world only those movies which invest huge money seem to be doing well. I would request people to watch this film and listen to its songs and especially the lori, which is my favourite. We people put in a lot of efforts to make such films but only the commercial ones are liked. So I am glad that through this film, people are recognizing art and are willing to see good stuff."
