It’s that time of the year again! With yet, another exciting and intriguing chapter of the Amazon India Fashion Week transpiring at the Jawaharlal Stadium in the capital and scheduled from 14 -18 March, this edition of the FDCI presented and Amazon India sponsored fashion week showcased the Autumn/Winter 2018 collection. With an awe-inspiring union of traditional and contemporary sensibilities, the first day concluded on a high note with a brilliant showcase by the feted designer duo of Gauri & Nainika and Shyamal & Bhumika! Perceived as a Mecca of serious fashion, even Delhi couldn’t escape the charms of Bollywood with Diana Penty turning showstopper for Shyamal & Bhumika and Vaani Kapoor for Gauri & Nainika. Looking every bit resplendent, these ladies added oodles of understated charm to the fashion fiesta.

Meanwhile, the finale had sisters and designers Gauri and Nainika showcasing their collection along with Ashish N Soni. The sister duo’s label retained their fondness for all things feminine with the inclusion of larger than life ruffles, pleated tulle, large floral motifs, dramatic silhouettes and skirts.
