Last week's releases fell victim to the demonetization with overall collections being hit in a big way. The question now is will this week's releases FORCE 2 and TUM BIN 2 manage to entice the audience to theatres or will they too suffer the same fate.
Reports suggest that FORCE 2 has garnered a 15℅ occupancy rate during morning shows, while on the other hand TUM BIN 2 has opened to approximately 10℅ occupancy rate.
However, the current challenge for FORCE 2 is to entice the audiences in small centres where the effects of demonetization will play a huge role. On the other hand TUM BIN 2 has already recovered a substantial chunk of its investment from pre sales.
