Toilet – Ek Prem Katha directed by Shree Narayan Singh is doing decent business in China market. It has been nine days since its release and the movie has already collected Rs 93.37 crores, inching towards the coveted Rs 100 crore mark. Day 9 saw an upward surge as the movie collected Rs 1.36 crores as opposed to Rs. 0.89 crores collected on Day 8. The Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar starrer will cross the 100 crore mark in all probability in coming days. The total collections as of now are Rs 93.37 crores. The film's collections were steadily dipping but yesterday's rise gave Toilet Hero much needed boost at the Chinese box office.
But all said and done, the Akshay starrer is doing good business at the China BO which is an encouraging sign for the Indian film industry. Other films to have released in China market which did well are Secret Superstar, Dangal and now Toilet – Ek Prem Katha.
