The Sharat Katariya directed film Sui Dhaaga – Made in India starring Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma released last week. Despite receiving positive reviews, the film opened on a slow note, but with strong word of mouth the business of Sui Dhaaga saw good growth in collections since then.
Now after a week long run in theatres, the business of Sui Dhaaga has managed to cross the Rs. 100 cr mark at the worldwide box office. With Rs. 82 cr gross coming in from the domestic market and another Rs. 18 cr coming in from the overseas territory, the film has managed to draw in Rs. 100 cr gross till date.
As of now, with Sui Dhaaga still continuing to run in certain cinemas despite new releases hitting screens, expectations are that the film will see another spurt in collections over its second weekend.
