Box Office: Kapoor & Sons Day 1 in overseas

Kapoor & Sons that released yesterday has opened to good responses across the board. In fact the film which is directed by Shakun Batra and produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions has fast become the talk of the town.

While in the domestic market the Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra, Fawad Khan, Rishi Kapoor, Rajat Kapoor and Ratna Pathak Shah starrer has posted a more than decent opening figure, similarly the film has been faring rather well across the borders.

U.S.A - 49,291 USD [32.70 lacs] across 28 screens


U.K - 64,806 USD [43.01 lacs] across 59 screens


Canada - 15,364 USD [10.19 lacs] across 7 screens


Australia - 23,999 USD [15.93 lacs] across 17 screens


New Zealand - 13,209 USD [8.76 lacs] across 13 screens
