The Varun Dhawan starrer Judwaa 2 released a couple of weeks back. Directed by David Dhawan the film which released across 3500+ screens in the domestic market has been on a roll at the box office since then. After dominating cinemas in its first week, Judwaa 2 which faced competition from newer releases in the second week still managed to hold strong.
Now almost at the end of its second week in theatres Judwaa 2 which collected Rs. 98.08 cr. in its first week is expected to draw in a further Rs. 27-28 cr. in its second week as well. While the film that has managed to perform better than newer releases continues to hold strong, the business of Judwaa 2 as per trends is expected to draw in approximately Rs. 9-11 Cr in its third week and another Rs. 2-3 Cr in its fourth week.
If that wasn't all given the fact that the audience have continued to appreciate Judwaa 2 the film is highly likely to close business at approximately Rs. 135 - 140 Cr. With the collections of Judwaa 2 being near unstoppable chances are that may be able to beat Raees to emerge as the second highest grosser of the year 2017 after Baahubali 2 - The Conclusion.
