Collecting Rs. 50.70 crores on its Opening Weekend, the film out does the previous Balaji ventures like Once Upon A Time In Mumbai Dobaara that collected Rs. 40 crores and the critically acclaimed The Dirty Picture that collected Rs. 32.70 crores.
Apart from this, we also take a look at the previous releases of Shraddha Kapoor, Sidharth Malhotra and director Mohit Suri, who have been on a success spree with almost all of their recent releases. Like in the case of Balaji, Ek Villain sets a new record for these three as well by becoming the highest Opening Weekend grosser film of their careers till date.
